on Saturdays:
from 8 a.m. to 1.00 a.m.

Safety

We provide maximum safety to all facilities with safe deposit boxes. The Bank gives the client one original key (there is no duplicate key).
Two keys, one belonging to the client and another to the Bank, are inserted simultaneously in order to open the box. Therefore, the box can be opened only in the presence of the client and a Bank clerk.
Safe deposit boxes are produced in compliance with SWISS CERTIFICATION Accreditation No.017 and ISO 90001 SGS.

Authorization to use a safe deposit box

• An individual is allowed to authorize another person, but one only

For the reasons of clients and bank employees safety as well as of bank facilities safety, it IS NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP objects that may cause harm to the safe deposit boxes or to the contents, i.e. inflammable, explosive, radioactive and perishable objects, as well as objects that may decay and alike.
