Opening of an Account

1. Opening of an account:
The bank opens accounts on clients' written requests. The terms of opening and maintaining of an account are determined by the mutual agreement between the bank and a client.

In addition to the request for opening of an account, a client shall submit the following:
1. The Certificate of registration with Business Registers Agency, or with other relevant authorities
2. Certificate of registration with Tax Authorities (tax identification number)
3. Two filled in, verified and signed specimen signatures lists
4. OP form including the list of the authorised representatives
5. Statistics authority notice on business classification for clients without a unique company number

2. A change in the account registers
In case of any changes in the registered or other data provided by a client, the change should be reported in a form of Request for a change of data. Documents underlying the change should be submitted together with the request.
