Activities of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. Novi Sad, which includes foreign exchange arrangements are:

• Consulting with corporate and their customers in the documentary segment during the negotiation of foreign trade operations and special foreign exchange arrangements;
• Management of products in the field of documentary business (documentary letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collection);
• Analyzing the draft texts and offered of the above mentioned offers and agreements, making objections to them with legal and corporate sector;
• Alignment of the draft texts and offered of the above mentioned offers and agreements, texts of letters of credit, guarantees to foreign bank;
• International arrangements – Counter guarantees.

For the purpose of granting foreign currency loans to their clients for specific purposes that are defined in the agreement, the RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. Novi Sad has the ability and works on signing new credit arrangements with foreign financial institutions.

The most common form of special-purpose loans in these credit arrangements are commodity credit transactions with foreign countries that need to be approved and registered with the NBS, which assume the existence of Foreign trade agreements between the domestic legal entity (a client of the Bank) and foreign legal entities. Based on the Foreign trade agreement, is concluded the loan agreement between the Bank and foreign financial institutions, where the Bank appears as borrower, and the terms of this Agreement shall be transferred to the final user / importer with whom the bank concludes a separate contract. In order to speed up the procedures for approval the foreign currency loans, RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. Novi Sad will be able to conclude a contract GLFA (General Loan Facility Agreement) with a number of foreign banks, that regulates the terms and conditions of use of these loans.
