The 37th Extraordinary Meeting

Pursuant to Article 64 of the Law on Securities Market and Other Financial Instruments (“The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 47/2006”), with reference to Article 6 and 7 of the Rulebook of Contents and Reporting to Public Companies and Notifying them about Voting Shares (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 100/2006, 116/2006 and 37/2009), “METALS-BANKA” a.d. Novi Sad, 2, Stražilovska Street, a banking organisation, submits the following:

REPORT ON AN IMPORTANT EVENT
THE 37th EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF ASSEMBLY
OF “METALS-BANKA” a.d. NOVI SAD

The 37th extraordinary meeting of Assembly of “METALS-BANKA” a.d. Novi Sad was held on 28, April 2010 at the Bank’s registered office in Novi Sad, 2, Stražilovska Street, Conference Room, 4th floor.

The following decision were passed:
1. Adoption of the Minutes from the 36th extraordinary meeting of the Assembly;
2. Decision on the 5th Amendments to the Memorandum of Association of “METALS-BANKA” akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad;
3. Decision on Determining the Revised Text of the Memorandum of Association of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad;
4. Decision on the 3rd Amendments to the Articles of Association of “METALS-BANKA” akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad;
5. Decision on Determining the Revised Text of the Articles of Association of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad.
By virtue of the mentioned decisions, “METALS-BANKA” akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad changes its business name into RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad.
The Decisions passed at the 37th extraordinary meeting of Assembly of “METALS-BANKA” a.d. Novi Sad can be inspected at the Bank Secretariat at the Head Office of “METALS-BANKA” a.d. Novi Sad, 2, Stražilovska Street, every working day between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
